Monthly Scoping Process
Prior to the beginning of each month, I will work with you to produce a scope of projects and work activities for the next month that align with the objectives of our initial agreement. I do this so that we each enter the new month with clear expectations as to what will be accomplished during that period. I ask all of my clients to review the scope and sign off for their approval before we move forward.
Itemized Allocation Reports
As a recovering agency owner, I'm a creature of habit when it comes to tracking my consulting time. I use Harvest's time tracking application and track my billable time down to the minute, as opposed to 15 minute increments used by attorneys and other consultants. I do monitor allocated time and will alert you when your retainer approaches 80% used so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the month's priorities. At any point, I am happy to provide a detailed time allocation report at your request.
Availability of Flex-Time
In business and life, unexpected things tend to come up. Each monthly scope will contain 1-2 hours of "flex time" to compensate for any unplanned needs or support that is required.
