A few weeks ago Aleksey Kernes tweeted me to ask about what new marketing books I recommend as good reading.

A good question deserves a good answer.

Here's a list of some new marketing book titles that I believe have the potential to keep your nose pointed down towards the table for long periods of time. Fair warning.

Plus 1 More New, New Marketing Book

The Impact Equation: Are You Making Things Happen or Just Making Noise? by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith

This one isn't even due to hit the shelves until October of this year but I've already placed it on my Amazon wish list.

Back in 2010 Chris and Julien wrote what I think is one of the most definitive works on how humans will inhabit the web since the Cluetrain pulled into the station at the turn of the millennium. I'll be using this book as part of the course I am teaching at Ohio University in the fall.

If the thinking behind it is anything near the likes of Trust Agents, Chris and Julien's new book promises to change the way you think about marketing.

Where is Your Nose Pointed?

I've shared 24 totals books.

But what can you share with me?

What books are you reading or have on your deck to start soon?

Do tell (in the comments)...
