Jr. Inbound Consultant 

Role Description:

The Jr. Inbound Consultant is a part-time college apprenticeship program at NR Media Group.

This entry-level position is the first step in becoming a part of the NR Media Group Consulting team and your growth in becoming a highly skilled inbound marketer. In this position, you will work directly under the guidance of the CEO and the NR Media Group Director of Shared Services to support both agency and client program execution that delivers work on time, on budget with optimal results.

Duties & Expectations:
  • Work under the direction of a consultant to support the agency and multiple clients on inbound marketing programs.
  • Conduct initial research, analysis and deliver reporting on assets like websites, social media, online advertising campaigns and other marketing tactics using the full breadth of resources in the NR Media Group technology stack.
  • Execute a wide range of projects, including HubSpot system implementations, conversion path design, creative design, organic search engine optimization, blogging, link-building, offer creation, email workflow configuration and reporting.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of client-facing training and coaching classes to various customer groups
  • Lead strategic development for NR Media Group and Columbus HUG’s social media presence and own all ongoing execution and program innovation and development.
  • Execute the production process for all NR Media Group and Columbus HUG inbound media assets including podcasting, video production, webcasts/webinars and live streaming initiatives.
  • Contribute no less than 1 post per month to the NRMG blog and Columbus HUG blog with the ability to produce additional posts upon request.
  • Other tasks, duties and special projects as assigned by management or the account teams
Compensation Package:

$13/hr wage

COS Web Developer

Role Description:

The COS Web Developer is a full-time, salaried position with benefits at NR Media Group.

As a COS Web Developer, you will work under the supervision of the Directer to Client Services (DCS) to support the design and development and integration of client websites, microsites and web pages using HubSpot’s Content Optimization System (COS).

Duties & Expectations:

  • Works under the direction of the DCS to support the agency and multiple clients’ inbound marketing programs.
  • Develop client websites using best practices in Growth-Driven Design, usability, current design trends and NR Media Group’s web design processes and procedures.
  • Supports the execution of a wide range of projects, including but not limited to: general website maintenance, marketing database maintenance, wire framing, page template customization, usability testing and quality assurance, conversion process implementation, email workflow configuration and other duties as assigned by the DCS.
  • Completes all tasks, duties and special projects as assigned on time and to the highest quality standards possible within the scoped allotment of time.
  • Attends all required meetings, prepared and on-time.
  • Successfully earns and maintains all HubSpot Academy certifications. The full set of certifications must be earned prior to consideration for a promotion within NR Media Group.
  • Attend weekly and weekly checkpoints with supervisor to review progress and around tasks, duties, and expectations
Compensation Package:

Salary varies based on experience, $50/month mobile phone/internet allowance, 100% premium-paid health, dental and vision insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation

Account Coordinator

Role Description:

The Account Coordinator is a full-time, salaried position with benefits at NR Media Group.

In this position, you will work under the supervision of the Account Executive to support the management, nurturing, growth and success of between 10-15 NR Media Group clients.

Duties & Expectations:

  • Target time allocation: billable 60% / non-billable 40%.
  • Works under the direction of the AE to support the agency and multiple clients on inbound marketing and sales programs.
  • Participates and supports the Account Executive in client communications including regular progress check-in meetings, strategic regroups as well as day-to-day communications.
  • Assists the Account Executive in the monthly scoping process to ensure that all deadlines are met, accurate scope estimates are created to ensure that the agency delivers work on time and on budget.
  • Completes all tasks, duties and special projects as assigned on time and to the highest quality standards possible within the scoped allotment of time.
  • Attends all required meetings, prepared and on time.
  • Successfully earns and maintains all HubSpot Academy certifications.
  • Supports the execution of a wide range of inbound marketing and sales projects as directed by the Account Executive and Director of Client Services.

Account Executive

Role Description:

The Account Executive is a full-time, salaried position with benefits at NR Media Group.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for 10-15 clients, where you will manage relationships, develop business opportunities, and work with the internal client services team to ensure client objectives are met on-time and on-budget.

Duties & Expectations:
  • Works under the direction of the Director to Client Services to support the agency and multiple clients on inbound marketing and sales programs.
  • Serves as the communications liaison between NR Media Group’s clients, the Director of Client Services and the agency’s client services team.
  • Coordinates and facilitates all client communications including regular progress check-in meetings, strategic regroups as well as day-to-day communications
  • Leads the monthly scoping process to ensure that all deadlines are met, accurate time estimates have been allotted to each client’s scope, and the agency has the ability to deliver the scoped work on-time and on-budget.
